					<description>This is telling.  After four months, I'm the first person to leave a substantive comment that's not spam?  This seems to show that it's difficult to start a two-way conversation even when among public relations professionals. 

All along I've been skeptical of the SMR because overall it seems to only package elements together and doesn't encourage a conversation with the audience. I plan a further discussion at wordymouth.com looking at how to develop conversations, and then link to content, without having to create a new-fangled tool.

This is an important discussion and I'm encouraged that the research and feedback is proving my point.</description>
